Gellan Gum: Use Pea Protein as Feeder Culture-Succeed!

Our scientists are focusing on using other sources instead of soy protein to be as feeder culture to produce gellan gum.

Recently, we found that Pea Protein would be a perfect replacement, while, the output capacity is weaker than Soy Protein.

We are still working on how to find a perfect solution for this.
